Chocolate Peanut Butter M&M Balls

 

An indulgent dessert that is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth! A lowcarbsimplicity original!

Chocolate Peanut Butter M&M Balls

 

Ingredients:
1 8 oz bag Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 cups Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Melted Butter
3 cups Granulated No Calorie Sweetener (e.g. Sucralose)
2 Tbsp Cornstarch or Arrowroot powder
2 bags of Atkins Chocolate Candies (M&M knockoffs, sold in a 5 pack box)

Directions:
Combine 3 cups of Granulated No Calorie Sweetener and 2 Tbsp Cornstarch or Arrowroot powder in a blender, and blend for about 30 seconds or until powdery.

I used my Vitamix blender.

Once settled, remove lid and place powdered sweetener in a mixing bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups Natural Peanut Butter and 1/2 cup of Melted Butter.


After combining wet ingredients, add two bags of Atkins Chocolate Candies to batter.

 

 

Use hands to form tablespoon size balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Freeze balls for approximately 20 minutes, or until firm.

Put Sugar Free Chocolate Chips in a microwaveable bowl and heat for 30 second intervals until fully melted.

 

 

Roll frozen balls in melted chocolate until completely coated and remove using a fork, place back on parchment lined cookie sheet, and let chill in refrigerator until firm.

 

 

These can be placed in an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator to enjoy whenever your cravings strike!
