Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

A satisfying meal with zero carbs!

1  12 oz. Bag of Large Shrimp (Cooked, Peeled, and Deveined)
1 Slab of Bacon (approx. 16 oz.)
Seasoning (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Thaw shrimp in a strainer under cool running water for approximately 5-7 minutes. Once thawed, drain water and place shrimp in a bowl. If you desire to add seasoning, such as Old Bay or Paprika for a little spice, do so now–or leave plain. Cut bacon slab in half, and wrap one piece around each shrimp. Use a raised wire rack with a shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Place bacon wrapped shrimp seam side down on rack. Put pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes (oven times will vary). Dab with paper towel to remove extra grease and enjoy!
