Pepperoni and Cheese Calzone

Pepperoni and Cheese Calzone

2 Mama Lupe’s Low Carb Tortillas (3g Carbs each)
2 Tbsp Ragu Four Cheese Sauce (or any sauce of your choosing)
Shredded Cheese (any blend)
Pepperoni Slices
Pizza Seasoning (optional)
Dipping Sauce (optional)

On both tortillas, spread 1 Tbsp of sauce. You may add any seasoning you like–garlic powder, paprika, chili powder–or leave plain.


Sprinkle approximately 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning over whole tortilla and add a handful of shredded cheese to half.


Put approximately 6 pepperoni slices and more shredded cheese on top, fold in half like a taco. Place calzones in a skillet, and heat both sides until slightly brown over medium heat.

Remove from skillet, and slice using pizza cutter to make calzone portions.


Serve with favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or buffalo, and enjoy!
